Lookers Volvo Returns to Headline EDA16

Lookers Volvo Colchester, part of one of the UK’s leading motor companies, has signed up as Headline Sponsor of the Essex Digital Awards for the second year running.

The move follows the success of Lookers Volvo Colchester winning the ‘Online Marketing Campaign’ Gold Award at the inaugural EDAs event in 2014.

Miles Alvis, Franchise Manager at the showroom, in Cowdray Avenue, Colchester, has described the alliance as “very exciting”.

He added: “We have been involved in the EDAs since the start, firstly as a winner and since last year as Headline Sponsor.

As Headline Sponsor for EDA16, Lookers Volvo Colchester will enjoy a range of privileges including presenting the flagship “Website” award at the Presentation Evening on April 14 next year.

They will also feature in rolling coverage in the Essex Chronicle, the Media Partner of the Essex Digital Awards and take a dominant position on the scheme’s website and at the event.

Entry for the EDA16 is now open until February 19, 2016.

There are Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards in 15 categories up for grabs and any organisation that operates within Essex is eligible to enter.

The winners will be selected by an independent panel of judges including experts from the digital arena and members of the media.
